Privacy
NZLL collects the personal information you provide (name, contact details, employment/business information, driving history details, and any information needed to prepare your document bundle) solely to prepare your Limited Licence application.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information you provide is used only for the purpose of preparing, and where relevant following up on, your document bundle.
Documents prepared on your behalf may reference sensitive information (such as a drink-driving conviction) - this is handled with discretion and only shared with the parties necessary to your application (for example, the court and Police Prosecution Service, where formal service is required).
You have the right to request access to, or correction of, personal information NZLL holds about you, consistent with the Privacy Act 2020.
Terms of service (summary)
NZLL is a document-preparation service. We do not provide legal representation and do not appear in court on your behalf.
We prepare documents based on the information and instructions you provide. You are responsible for confirming the facts in your Affidavit are true and accurate before signing.
Preparing a document bundle does not guarantee a court will grant a Limited Licence order - that decision rests entirely with the court.
Court filing fees, NZTA application fees, and any other third-party fees are separate from NZLL's service fee and are payable directly to the relevant authority.
