The Marton District Court Hearing Centre only holds limited licence hearings monthly. We will divert your matter to a different court, and aim to remove the need for you to attend a hearing at all.

NZ Limited Licence prepares all documents required for a limited licence application filed at this court - from $950 + GST for civil demerit suspension applications. EBA and criminal limited licence applications are quoted separately.

Once Police consent to your application, the court can grant your limited licence without a hearing in most cases.
